Customer Experience Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to join a Contracting and Accounting firm based in the Stockport, Cheshire area.

This role will be permanent offering a 5-day working week.

Duties will include:

• Answering up to 100 inbound calls per day and making weekly outbound calls to customers, employees and subcontractors
• Dealing with an email inbox for customer, employee, and subcontractor queries
• Keeping up to date with industry specific legislation and ensuring that compliance with current regulatory requirements is consistently met.
• Liaising regarding employee assignments, timesheets, and missing payments
• Filing and updating documentation with supportive evidence on a cloud-based software

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service (ideally inbound telephone based) environment, with outstanding communication and organisational skills
• Be able to put employees and customers at the centre of your thought process and a commitment to ‘getting the job done’
• Has a knowledgeable, courteous, professional, empathetic, and efficient manner when dealing with any inquiries
• Will be able to support colleagues with various projects and administrative tasks and be prepared to take on additional responsibilities
