Customer Experience Manager (Part Time)

Work for a female-led, unique and fun experience company in the beautiful Leamington Spa! The heart of our company is the Customer Experience, which takes place in our joyous venue. We have a culture of positivity, recognition, growth and fun, and we're looking for a Customer Experience Manager who reflects those values.

You'll be in charge of our venue, and lead the hosting of various customer events and experiences including hen parties, children's parties, photo shoots, afternoon teas and other celebrations. Our events are themed with a strong emphasis on vintage as well as other genres, so you'll love bringing those themes to life through our uniform and self-styling. You'll get your energy from helping others and find joy in our customers having the best time with us. You'll be organised and able to handle multiple demands at once. Ideally with a history in hospitality, events or customer facing experiences, you'll know how to make people feel welcome, meet the customer's needs and lead a team to do the same. You'll have great attention to detail and truly care about our customers' experience with us. You'll be flexible, adaptable and able to problem solve with a calm disposition.

Although we offer makeovers, photo shoots, dance classes and other activities, you don't need to be skilled in these areas, as they're delivered by our wider team (although it can work brilliantly if you are!). We provide training in all aspects of the job and are most interested in those with the values, work ethic and customer service skills that match our mission... to make people feel amazing.

The position is 3-4 days per week, across Tuesdays to Sundays (Fridays and Saturdays are a must, and other days will vary according to event bookings), and you’ll often work both Saturday and Sunday.

This is a fixed term position starting in May/June 2024 till September. This may be ideal for students who're home from University over the summer, or those looking for seasonal or temporary work. The contract may be extended beyond September depending on the needs of the business.
