- Being the face of the client brand in Cambridge
- Supporting and being a direct point of contact for customers
- Day to day site management and systems
- Organising and hosting customer events
- Assisting with customer queries
- Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders in the Cambridge community.
- Capturing and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve services and community satisfaction.
Level of Experience
- Extensive customer service experience
- Proven experience in property management or at least a strong interest in property
- Effective IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel (Advanced)
