Our client, a leading retail organisation, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Representatives to join their team on a temporary basis. If you enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service, this opportunity is for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to customers and conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback on their experience at our client's stores. As a front–facing representative, you will need to be confident, approachable, and skilled in asking relevant questions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the organisation's customer service strategy.

Confidence in engaging with customers and asking survey questions. This is a temporary position starting on April 8, 2024, and ending on April 28, 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of 13.50ph.
