Role Overview:
As the Customer Experience Supervisor, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and take charge of all activities performed by the Sales Operations and Warehouse Team. Your responsibilities will include daily team supervision, creating and monitoring individual KPIs, handling customer queries, conducting research to understand customer success and retention levels and collaborating with the Supply Chain Manager to implement streamlined processes for improved efficiency.
The Role:
Daily supervision of the Sales Operations and Warehouse Team.
Creation and monitoring of individual KPIs to ensure team performance.
Handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolution.
Conducting research to understand customer success and retention levels.
Reporting findings to the Supply Chain Manager and recommending improvements.
Working collaboratively with the Supply Chain Manager to create and implement efficient processes.
The Person:
Previous experience in a similar Team Leader/Manager role, preferably from a manufacturing background.
Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency and enhance team performance through collaborative working.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to create and monitor KPIs to drive team performance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
The Package:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
£35,000pa + bonus
Crawley offices & hybrid working
