Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

As a Finance Systems Administrator, you will perform administrative tasks to help ensure the successful execution of Finance System changes.
Key Actions
- Triage team mailbox & incident management systems to ensure issues raised are being addressed
- Monitor & report on project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues
- Ensure Finance Systems documentation is maintained and adheres to required standards
- Provide administrative assistance to the Finance Systems team
- Assist with checking Finance Systems 3rd party costs
- Maintain Finance Systems processes & tools
- Facilitate communication between Finance Systems team & its Stakeholders.
- Perform User Management tasks on Finance Systems
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
- A good intellect of Numeracy and written English
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Productivity Suite
- Experience using Project Management systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage team relationships and promote cross-functional collaboration
