About The Role
Team – Finance Systems & Data
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
As a Finance Systems Administrator, you will perform administrative tasks to help ensure the successful execution of Finance System changes.
Key Actions
  • Triage team mailbox & incident management systems to ensure issues raised are being addressed
  • Monitor & report on project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues
  • Ensure Finance Systems documentation is maintained and adheres to required standards
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Finance Systems team
  • Assist with checking Finance Systems 3rd party costs
  • Maintain Finance Systems processes & tools
  • Facilitate communication between Finance Systems team & its Stakeholders.
  • Perform User Management tasks on Finance Systems

Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
  • A good intellect of Numeracy and written English
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Productivity Suite
  • Experience using Project Management systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage team relationships and promote cross-functional collaboration
