Customer Experience Team Member
The Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) is the global leader in live theatre. We own and operate 58 venues in the UK, US, and Germany, we’re an internationally award-winning producer, and a market leading theatre ticketing business. The Harold Pinter was the first ATG West End venue to open after the pandemic and since then we have staged multiple productions. Last year we opened some exciting and prestigious productions such as Cyrano de Bergerac with James McAvoy, The Human Voice with Ruth Wilson, Prima Facie with Jodie Comer, The Seagull with Emilia Clarke, Good with David Tennant, Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons with Aidan Turner and Jenna Coleman and A Little Life starring Luke Thompson, Omari Douglas, Zach Wyatt, Elliot Cowan, Zubin Tarla, Nathalie Armin and Emilio Doorgasingh.

An amazing visit to the theatre is about the whole experience, from purchasing your ticket, to your drinks in the interval, to telling your friends about it afterwards! We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again.
We are dedicated to delivering the best Customer Experience possible through innovation, making the experience of visiting an ATG theatre better than any other. From our Digital F&B Ordering, delivering drinks and snacks directly to your seat, to the premium service in our bars which offer only the best quality wine, spirits and confectionary, our focus in on making sure every customer has a fantastic time.
As part of our Customer Experience Team, you’ll make those fantastic experiences happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service whether you’re greeting audiences or working behind the bar. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by selling products and packages on the night and by making sure customers want to return.

Experience from within the entertainment sector is not essential and we actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry. You do need to be aged 18+ for this position.
