As the Customer Feedback Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by effectively managing and analysing Customer Feedback. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all feedback is handled promptly, professionally, and in line with our commitment to excellent customer service and achieving good outcomes for customers. Your insights will drive improvements across the organisation, helping us to better meet the needs of our residents. You will provide excellent levels of support to the Customer Experience Manager and other Senior Managers and be an expert on Customer Feedback within the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying learning from complaints and ensuring that changes are implemented.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds effective interpersonal skills to enable high-quality interactions with colleagues and customers colleagues and customers
- Has strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Can effectively manage, manipulate and analyse data to provide high value insights
- Has a genuine interest in customer care and achieving good outcomes for customers
- Is experienced in delivering exceptional levels of customer service
