We are looking for an experienced professional with a healthcare background who will build the homes occupancy from the start. It is essential that you build a rapport with enquirers, which could be over the telephone or face to face with families, social workers, discharge teams, local authorities, charities, and networking groups within the local community. The Customer Focus Lead is a brand-new role and a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of Acer Lodge. Benefits

It is essential that you have a proven Track record in marketing, and relationship building in a care home environment. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to present to individuals and groups. You will need to be a exceptional listener and respond to all enquiries in a timely manner. You will maintain a CRM system, compile weekly reports, meet with senior management team members, generate contracts, organise regular marketing events, and liaise with local press and create press releases. It is essential that you hold a full valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.Location: Acer Lodge, Eleanor Street, Blackburn.
