JN Bentley are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in the Northeast. JN Bentley specialises in delivering services within the water sector, including working on the Northumbrian Water framework.
The key to this role is relationship management and customer service. You will be working closely with the client, framework partners and customers to ensure their needs are met.
Previous experience in public, community, stakeholder or social value engagement roles is desirable, however, if you have excellent organisational abilities, the capacity to manage competing priorities, an interest in improving customer service and a positive, proactive personality- then we want to hear from you.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, between home, our Durham office and also across sites in the North East.
