Venn Group has been approached by a social housing contractor in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Customer Liaison Officer on a temporary basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Social Housing.

The duties will include:

• Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment scheme on tenanted social housing properties
• Liaise with tenants
• Carry out pre & post inspections of the properties
• Complete administration duties using MS Office 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Own transport 
• Previous experience within Social Housing
