- Producing outcomes reporting and maintaining the outcomes database, applying effective data quality controls to ensure data integrity
- Analysing the data to understand the outcomes that customers are getting at a granular level, including customers who may be in a vulnerable situation
- Working with key business areas to develop the appropriate actions to mitigate the risk of poor outcomes, if identified
- Identifying enhancements to the measures to more accurately evaluate the outcomes that customers are getting and identifying potential harm
- Supporting the development and delivery of the outcomes monitoring roadmap
- Working with key business areas to ensure they are managing their products and services in compliance with the Bank's Consumer Duty framework
- STEM degree or similar experience
- Excellent and demonstrable understanding and effective use of software packages, such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages
- Demonstrable success in a previous analytical and programming role
- Ability to support junior analysts with their technical development
- Ability to work proactively without supervision, providing technical guidance when required on analysing data trends for use in reports
- Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to explain analysis in an understandable way to senior management
- Be able to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions
- Clear and effective communicator who can interact and manage a broad stakeholder network with different experiences
- Able to express ideas, request actions, and formulate plans or policies
- Plans, organises and prioritises own workload without supervision; provides technical guidance when required and oversees activities to efficiently meet business objectives
- Proactively identifies potential upcoming challenges and identifies solutions
- Ability to create concise and informative reports that can be shared with senior stakeholders
- Market knowledge and experience with the FCA’s Consumer Duty regulations
