We are currently recruiting for a Customer Planning Assistant, you will be a strong communicator, able to work with and influence all levels of the organisation.

Working cross-functionally with Supplier, Commercial, Customer, AMP and Retail teams to deliver customer activation in store and online, and deliver customer facing activity across all channels to critical path.

You will work with the Customer team to develop category and business propositions that impact range, customer offer, the promotional plan and support market share.

“Find your role”

• Feed into overall category P&L. Own tracking of TPA spend, raise POs and report back to category for their monthly P&Ls
• Own weekly eyes & ears from category captains to keep the trading teams up to date with what’s landing in the market to help drive category strategy.
• Autopsy market and media activity around key events and missions.
• Support on the administration of agreed category propositions.
• Activate the customer-facing trade & activity plan in-store and online
• Work with customer & PR team to ensure our best activity gets corporate media support
• Review weekly ‘lines to list’ report from online to ensure lines do not drop off the website and take action to ensure lines can be relisted asap and review rolling barcode list to ensure images are flipped at the correct time.
• Support online execution analyst in all admin related to Brandbank for each range change – chasing down suppliers, communicating internally any risks, escalating with Execution Manager where relevant etc.
