Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role, particularly in customer-facing environments
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Customer issue management through close liaison
- Driving & facilitating problem-solving activities across the business (8D process)
- Driving customer Quality requirements throughout the business
- Managing internal initiatives to enhance product Quality & Reliability levels
- Tracking KPI performance trends & initiating/driving corrective actions
- Identify & drive lessons learned activities for process & product
- Effectively run continuous improvement activities
