Here's what you'll do:
- Be the face of Severn Trent, collecting water samples from customers and our facilities.
- Become a water quality expert, learning about testing procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Contribute to a sustainable future by helping us manage water resources responsibly.
- Develop your communication and teamwork skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about making a difference and enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Is a quick learner with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
- Has a valid driver's license and is comfortable traveling throughout the region.
Entry Criteria
This apprenticeship standard is Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE A-C or Grades 4-9). If you don't already have GCSEs in English and maths, you will need to take functional skills as part of the apprenticeship, which is an alternative to GCSEs and achieve a Level 1 while continuing to work to a Level 2. This will need to be achieved prior to completion of your apprenticeship.
Age requirement: Due to the nature of this role individuals must be 18+ when starting this apprenticeship
