Customer Relations Advisor
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE (OTE £40,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday Flexible hours between 7:30am – 6pm (Required 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 2pm)

Duties

• Dealing with all inbound calls ONLY from customers
• Supporting customers as first point of call with any emergency enquires, they have.
• Confirming appointments over the phone
• Liaising via phone, live chat, and email with customers
• Diary management
• Booking out engineers
• Transfer calls over to relevant departments when required.
• Follow up on any outstanding emails, calls and live chats.

Expertise

• Previous customer service telephony experience is required.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Proficient with Microsoft 360
• Ability to multitask.
• Driven and eager to achieve maximum potential.
• Willing to work towards and hit targets.
