Customer Relations Consultant

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Customer Relations Consultant to join our Customer Relations Team. Booking in aftersales customers for all service departments across the group and providing a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday – Friday on a Rota Basis with overtime available on Saturdays. basic OTE £22,252.00, this position can be fully WFH. History of performing effectively under pressure
Experience with IT systems and computer literate
Previous working experience in a retail background would be highly advantageous Key Responsibilities and Duties Upon your completed 3 week training you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Convert customer enquiries to bookings and assist customers with service booking queries
Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
Achieving set performance targets
Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
