Our Client are a friendly and forward thinking care home operator based in Epping, Essex. They are a relatively small and fast growing company who aim to provide the best care homes and quality of life to our residents.
We now require a confident Customer Relations Manager who can maximize the bed occupancy within the group and maintain the flow of enquiries.
The position will include receiving external enquiries by telephone & email and being able to turn these enquiries into viewings across our Group of Homes with the ultimate goal of assisting in selling beds.
You will work alongside the homes marketing team and help improve the live enquiries experience and follow up on all enquiries reporting on a weekly basis to the Directors.
About You
Energy, enthusiasm, warmth with a good telephone manor with a ‘can do attitude’ is required.
The candidate will be based at our Head Office in Epping and work office Hours.
