The main purpose of this role will be to assist in delivering the sales and marketing strategy for the care home including:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Developing and implementing local sales and marketing plans to raise awareness and generate enquiries as well as increase brand awareness, including organising/attending local meetings
- Promote and integrate the home and its services with local community groups
- CRM customer management
- Create and maintain printed material across the local area
- Hold in-home, virtual and external events for both B2B and B2C audiences, alongside the Home Manager
- Support the Home Manager with home viewing appointments where required
- Experience in a Sales Executive, Business Development or Sales Enquiry Generation based role with excellent customer service based skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised
- Self starter
- Enjoys working to targets
- Good presentation skills
- Passion for customer excellence and helping others
