Job Role:Customer Relations Manager
Location: Yeovil
Salary: TBC
Hours: Full Time

This role will include:

  • Main point of contact for all communication with assigned customers
  • Maintaining portal and orderbook management in collaboration with Master Scheduler
  • Progresses parts
  • Transparent achievable delivery dates fed back to the customer in a timely manner and relevant escalations raised internally
  • Building Customer Relationships - internal and external
  • Setting and resetting of priorities i.e., Capacity conflicts, machine breakdowns etc.
  • Challenging and agreeing customer KPIs i.e., OTTR, pull ins, push outs

Skills and experience required:

  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Understanding of all process capabilities and lead times
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced business environment
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
