Job Role:Customer Relations Manager
Location: Yeovil
Salary: TBC
Hours: Full Time
This role will include:
- Main point of contact for all communication with assigned customers
- Maintaining portal and orderbook management in collaboration with Master Scheduler
- Progresses parts
- Transparent achievable delivery dates fed back to the customer in a timely manner and relevant escalations raised internally
- Building Customer Relationships - internal and external
- Setting and resetting of priorities i.e., Capacity conflicts, machine breakdowns etc.
- Challenging and agreeing customer KPIs i.e., OTTR, pull ins, push outs
Skills and experience required:
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Understanding of all process capabilities and lead times
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced business environment
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
