LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare (LPCH) is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to implement, manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management process and system to inform the Commercial Strategy for LPCH to drive sales growth and revenue and to optimise campaigns and identify areas for improvement within the marketing and sales funnel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Grow and maintain accurate customer data that is compliant with appropriate legislation.
  • Support the ongoing implementation, development and roll out of the database to support commercial effectiveness.
  • Support the marketing team to create effective campaigns to support lead generation .
  • Generate relevant and meaningful insight to support continuous improvement of both marketing and sales activity and performance for Heads of Sales and Marketing to change/amplify a course of action.
  • Pipeline Monitoring and Management to support revenue targets.

Role Purpose:

As the Customer Relationships Manager , you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management process and system to inform the Commercial Strategy for LPCH to drive sales growth and revenue. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in the following areas: 

  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing business processes .
  • Experience in leading through others, especially in a context where continuous improvement and change are common.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce at an advanced level.
  • Ability to analyse process data, pinpoint inefficiencies, and derive insights for improvement .
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, including root-cause analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of tools and techniques to visually represent processes, such as flowcharts or Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 
  • Strong understanding of the industry including regulatory requirements, best practices, and associated challenges 
  • Proven track record of process performance management and tracking, including setting up and analysing KPIs.
  • Strong risk management and mitigation skills 
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills across various stakeholder group
