We're excited to announce we're looking for three talented Customer Resolution Specialists. If you've a passion for resolving customer complaints whilst helping the organisation improve services this could be the role for you.
You will be part of our Customer Resolutions Team in our Customer Experience directorate and play a key role in shaping our future.
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Resolutions Specialist, you'll be directly handling complaints from investigation through to outcome and learnings. Providing high quality, objective and robust support for both operational and strategic Customer Resolution. Helping Golding provide straight forward and fair responses to complaints.
Helping Golding to improve by working with colleagues collaboratively to identify root cause issues and to lead the way in great complaint handling to ensure it remains compliant with the regulations.
More about you. What can you bring?
You will have complaints experience gained within the housing sector, working in a high-pressure, high-volume customer complaints environment with exceptional customer service skills.
You'll have the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload based on priority need. Confident using business systems such as SharePoint, Word and Excel at an intermediate level. Experience using Orchard, or a comparable Housing system, is desirable but not essential.
Please note a Basic DBS is required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £41,000.
