Customer Experience - Canterbury


Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills? Our client, a leading retail organisation, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Representatives to join their team on a temporary basis. If you enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service, this opportunity is for you!


In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to customers and conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback on their experience at our client's stores. As a front-facing representative, you will need to be confident, approachable, and skilled in asking relevant questions. Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
