Here at Vertu BMW York we have a great opportunity for a Customer Retentions Manager to join our team!
As a Customer Retentions Manager, you will be contacting our existing customers to maximise vehicle renewal opportunities for our dealerships! You will be responsible for generating high quality appointments both physically and virtually by following a structured contact strategy. This is a full time role working between the hours of 8am - 6pm with one weekend in four required. We are able to offer a £25,000 basic salary and OTE of £38,000.
The role comes with extensive training, all we ask is that the successful candidate possesses tenacity, great time management, excellent communication and listening skills.
