Pertemps are currently working with a key client in Andover who are looking for a Customer Sales Agent to join their outbound sales teams. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Customer Sales Agent:
- Make outbound sales calls to customers who have enquired
- Providing excellent customer service and answering any queries or objections regarding plans
- Successful convert enquiries into a sale
- Offer an approachable service to various customers who potentially can be in vulnerable situations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years phone based sales experience
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Confident dealing with objectives and overcoming issues
- Flexible working approach, you will be required to work occasional weekends
A little more about the role:
- Starting salary of £27,030
- OTE of £33,000 with uncapped commission
- Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 with occasional Saturdays required in turn for a day in lieu
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
