- Manage complex case work including disciplinary, grievances, long term sickness and employment tribunal
- Provide coaching and training to managers
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team
- Work with relevant stakeholders to provide support and guidance, such as on people capabilities and performance

Profile
An Interim Employee Relations Consultant with:
- Experience managing complex casework
- Experience within higher education desirable
