What you’ll be doing:
Our Customer Sales and Service Consultants help small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will use your communication skills to build a rapport with your customer through gathering the right information to ensure you can deliver an outstanding service. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, and have a desire to work in a dynamic, friendly, and agile team.
Summary of the role:
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- Annual salary is from £22,000- £25,000
- We are based in Nottingham City Centre with easy access from local bus routes and Park & Ride buses. We are located a 1-minute walk from Maid Marian Way tram station & a 10-minute walk from Nottingham train station

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in call handling (ideally sales experience) is required
- Experience in Insurance is preferred but not essential, many of our Customer Sales Consultants come from a wide variety of customer focused careers
- You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
- We are looking for new colleagues that will fit in with our fun, but results driven culture
- The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems
