Our online-only platform connects private car sellers with over one thousand verified investors, collectors and dealers. TheCustomer Sales Specialistis a dynamic role with a wide range of tasks throughout the day where you will rapidly develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

This role will involve:

• Speaking with our customers daily, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, understanding their requirements and profiling their car for valuation.
• Be a proactive member of the team by acting on customer feedback and suggesting new ways to improve our customers experience.
• With support from the team, you’ll play a key role in promoting our weekly auctions and ensuring customers expectations are managed.

Working week:

Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.30pm

Requirements

• Comfortable liaising and communicating with a wide range of people
• A proactive, self-motivated team player
• Dedicated to excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Previous experience working on the telephone is a must
• A strong understanding of the motor industry is preferred but not essential
• Basic car knowledge would be an advantage
