Internal Sales Representative

Reed Business Support in Colchester are recruiting for an enthusiastic and technically minded Internal Sales Executive to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting customers across various industries, identifying solutions from their leading product and service range. This is an office-based role with occasional customer visits or exhibition attendance.

Internal Sales Executive

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per year- To be offered the top end of this salary band. You would need to have specific product knowledge

Location: Colchester

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract (with potential for permanency)

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Performance bonus

Day to Day duties;

• Familiarise yourself with the product range and become a real expert in your field.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Drive sales across all product ranges to meet company sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on quotes for units, spares, and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure comprehensive customer care.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage the CRM system.
• Provide technical advice and support to both existing and potential customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Technically minded, with an understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• A valid driving license is required.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential full training will be provided on the products
