SalaryThe Job:
- You will be responding to incoming calls and also making outgoing calls to sell the company’s product ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
- This will include processing orders, monitoring stock and communicating with customers about deliveries.
- You’ll also be helping customers with the online ordering facility and helping them to set up their account along with ensuring deliveries are made on time to the right locations.
- You will be cross selling and up selling company products and services.
The Salary:
£23, 320 per annum
The Hours:
Full Time – Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, all based on site.
About You:
- You’ll be a resourceful, committed professional who takes pride in their work. You will have strong communication skills, and will work with a high degree of accuracy and enjoy selling and providing outstanding customer service.
- Experience of working in a similar role is required.
- Excellent pc skills including good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Owing to location, own transport is essential.
