Customer Sales Executive

Simple Recruitment are looking for a Customer Sales Executive for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Hindon area.

The Job:
Ensuring a high standard of client care is delivered and maintained, the Customer Sales Executive will efficiently handle call handling and order processing. Key responsibilities will include:

• Answering calls in a timely manner with a high degree of professionalism.
• Managing enquiries, ensuring a resolution is provided to the customer and feedback is relayed to appropriate teams within the business.
• Effectively setting and handling call logs.
• Processing orders received through various mediums, including inbound and outbound calls, emails and web orders.
• Utilising opportunities for upselling and maximising sales.
• Ensuring special and pre-orders are scheduled for delivery.
• Further duties as required.

About You:
You will have strong IT skills and previous experience in a customer service environment. You will be committed to delivering a high standard customer care, with excellent communication skills and commercial awareness. Owing to rural location, own transport is required.

The Salary:
£23,320 per annum.

The Hours:
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
