We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisorwho is organised, smart and dedicated with great communication and administration skills.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor you will be a first point of contact for customers, handling and responding to all in-coming calls and enquiries.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be a team player who is passionate about Customer Service with a good understanding of general computer use to effectively deliver quality products and excellent service to customers.
Duties-
Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, understanding of the customer journey
• Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the implemented SLA time limits and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution
• Build positive and productive relationships with customers through trust and respect
• Use customer feedback to improve products and services, relaying to multiple departments
• Develop a comprehensive technical understanding of products/ systems to ensure the correct information is passed to clients
• Monitor new products to market/ help build most frequently asked questions database
• Monitoring products on the website/ social media to ensure best Customer experience/ journey from browsing to purchase
• Calls will be a healthy mix of inbound / outbound in this role, so an understanding of the company you are representing on the call is important
• Training will be given prior to start of the role, and ongoing throughout the role as you will be at the forefront of communication with clients
The correct candidate will have-
• Previous administrative experience required - ideally in a commerical background
• Previous experience in a commercial Customer Service role
• Friendly personality and desire to deliver outrageously good Customer Service
• A team player who will enjoy being part of a busy committed team
• Good level written and spoken English and numeracy
• Experienced in the use of MS Office / 365 applications such as: Outlook, Excel, Word
• Organised with attention to detail and personal pride in their work
• Somebody with positive opinions and insights who is not afraid to challenge what is being done and help to do it better
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday (Office based)
Salary:
• £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Benefits
