The responsibilities of a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Nottingham
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will require to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Nottingham
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
