Do you have fantastic Customer Service experience?
Do you have experience of working within an inbound Customer Service environment?
I am looking for someone with exceptional Customer Service skills to join a small, but perfectly formed team for a temporary period of 6–8 weeks in Crawley
Duties include
Receiving inbound calls from customers and liaising on email or live chatHanding general enquiries, placing orders, dealing with returns or issues and investigate accordingly with the support of the relevant teamsLiaise internally or with external companies to provide accurate information and update clientsRecord all correspondence and interactions accurately on the company CRM system Providing courteous and confident Customer Service at all timesIf you have experience in a Customer Service and are available to start temping in the next week and are happy to jump in a support a team who, due to elevated business levels require support, then we look forward to hearing from you!
