We are seeking a smart, entrepreneurial, and driven individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative. Your primary focus will be customer happiness, ensuring the delivery of the best possible service. Working directly with the Customer Services Manager, you will be a key member of the team, instrumental in delivering the “customer first” experience from the company. This role is ideal for a graduate or a high-potential individual with a passion for Customer Service, looking to play a significant part in the growth of our business.
Day to Day of the role:
• Report directly to the Customer Services Manager.
• Manage and build relationships with multiple customers.
• Support existing customers with any issues they may encounter.
• Collect and report customer feedback and success metrics.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve product quality.
• Test home battery storage systems and ensure they meet customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous Customer Service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and emails with a professional demeanor.
• Inquisitive nature, with the ability to ask constructive questions and understand customer situations rapidly.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple enquiries, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Highly organised with a caring and understanding approach to difficult situations.
• Proven track record of working hard and achieving results.
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow with the business.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
