Role: Account Manager (Energy/Utilities experience)

They are lookingfor an Account Manager responsible for a portfolio of SME clients with multiple supplies experience- electricity, and gas. Within this role, you will need to take responsibility for ensuring that all client queries are resolved efficiently and building strong relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have experience of working within the utility sector, have excellent relationship management experience, and have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining and growing client relationships (typically electricity, and gas)
- Resolving complex queries with clients and suppliers in an efficient manner
- Producing utility reports for clients
- Calculating utility recharges for tenants who share a utility supply
- Maintain a broad knowledge of industry rules/issues
- Manage relationships with internal operational functions to end-to-end operational service
- Analyse & address issues and implement measures to ensure customers? demands are met
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of working for a utility sector company
- Experienced in using MS Excel
- Extremely well organised, able to prioritise and manage a busy and changing workload
- The ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge
- Passion for providing best in class customer service
- UK Utilities knowledge preferable but not essential
- A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Good facilitation, presentation and influencing skills
- A high level of verbal, critical, and analytical skills, and sound commercial awareness
- 3rd Party Relationship Management experience.
