Job description

Job Overview: Join a team where your views count! Our client is looking for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant for a key role focused on providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to all customers. You will handle and resolve a wide range of Customer Service issues via phone, email, and through collaboration with colleagues. Using your excellent judgement and communication skills, and your passion for excellent service, you will strive to implement improvements in communication and processes to raise service standards even further.

Location: Battersea

Hours of Work: 9am- 5:30pm

Salary Banding: £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Customer Service issues across multiple channels (phone, email, colleagues)
  • Utilize excellent judgement and communication skills to ensure high-quality service
  • Identify and implement improvements in communication and processes
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice reconciliation, H&S support/audit, and document retention
  • Demonstrate high financial awareness, organization, and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively across departments, handling customer care on some days and admin on others

Requirements:

  • Skilled and natural Customer Service advocate
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong IT and finance skills
  • Approachability and problem-solving attitude
  • High degree of financial awareness and accuracy
  • Proactive and collaborative nature for interdepartmental work
