Customer Service Admin

3 month fixed term contract
Location: Castleford
Salary: 12.44ph
Hours: 37 hours a week, 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a ever growing team in a market leading energy supplier. Our client is looking for someone who has admin or Customer Service background who is looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing customers with estimates on connecting the electricity supply to their new home.
• Working with the properties spreadsheet to work out quotes
• Generating letters to send to customers
• Understanding maps and records
• Scheduling rates from pre-set rate cards
• Updating internal systems
• Taking ownership of administration.
• Liaising with internal and external customers over the phone and email

Key Skills

• Organisational skills to achieve deadlines
• Customer Service Experience
• Attention to detail
• Team Player
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Educated to Alevel OR equivelent
