Our client based in Northamptonshire is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate must have previous administration experience in an office environment. Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5pm
£23k - £25k Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, enquires, and resolutions.
-Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher level support or management where necessary.
-Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
-Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience.
-Verify and review data for errors, making necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy.
-Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies.
-Meet data entry and reporting deadlines to ensure timely availability to information.
-General administrative duties including data entry and email correspondence.
-Input data accurately into databases and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
-Provide excellent Customer Service to clients, visitors, and staff.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. (Please note the above list is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned from time to time based on the changing nature of the business) The Ideal Candidate:
-Previous data entry and administrative experience
-Computer literacy and able to navigate systems effectively
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Fluent in the English language
