This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys delivering a high level of Customer Service, someone who is happy to work within the office, and is a great team player.
Salary - £24,000 - 28,000pa
Monday - Friday - Office based
Some of the duties will include:
- Resolving customer queries via phone, email and social media
- Assisting with customer orders, refunds or exchanges
- Informing customers on any product promotions
- Communicating with the warehouse
- Working well as part of the team
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service is delivered
- Administrative duties where required
- Handling product recalls
- System administration
The suitable candidate:
- 2 years experience within an office based Customer Service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Previous administration experience
- Microsoft dynamics is desirable but not essential
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
