Job description













    Adecco is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Customer Service Centre team as Customer Contacts Administrator. This is a fixed term contract for six months,potentially being extended or going perm; ideal for someone with Customer Service experience, and who is looking for further career progression.


    Location: Liverpool city centre


    Salary: 24k per annum (pro rata for 6 months contract)


    Hours: Monday-Friday, hybrid schedule


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Work closely with customers to obtain and verify correct contact details..

    • Provide first-class service to customers, addressing queries and concerns.

    • Accurately record all customer payment generated communications in the CRM system.

    • Ensure the quality, consistency, and organization of recorded data.

    • Proactively identify and escalate any issues that may arise.


    Experience & skills



    • Experience in a call center environment, meeting targets and measures.

    • Proficient in outbound customer contact.

    • Working knowledge of CRM system, telephony software, and knowledge tools.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

    • Customer service ethos and experience achieving excellent Customer Service results.

    • Proficiency in using Excel, Google, and Docusign.

    • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and handle general email communications.

    • Time management skills, highly organized, friendly, and approachable.

    • Team player.
