A leading business consultancy are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support their project team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves dealing with customer enquiries and completing administration tasks, whilst ensuring clients receive a high level of service.
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
- 35 hours - office based
Customer Service Administrator duties:
- Ensuring new orders are processed accurately and within given timeframes
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with the team to ensure all delivery targets are met
- Regularly reviewing product pricing accuracy
- Generating and validating of supplier’s data
- Ensuring that the Customer Service team are fully supported
- Providing excellent levels of Customer Service to a range of clientèle
Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
