Reed Cambridge Business Support are recruiting, on behalf of an occupational health service provider, a Customer Service Administrator.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-16:30 (30 mins lunch break), office based
- Contract type: Temporary for 3 months (can go permanent for the right candidate)
- Start date: ASAP
Main Duties:
- Undertaking all administrative processes and providing professional, timely and accurate responses to all enquires.
- Deliver prompt, accurate responses to all customer enquiries to enhance the customer journey.
- Maintaining and updating personal sensitive information – in line with current GDPR.
- Call handling.
Person Specification:
- Strong administration skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills
