Your new company is a leading force within the public sector organisation, dedicated to addressing housing needs. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to make a positive impact on communities and contribute to their mission of supporting tenants. The role is on a long-term temporary basis, starting in March.
Your new role
Your new role will see you responsible for tasks such as liaising with the organisation's customers on a daily basis, ensuring a high level of communication and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction across the projects. You will also operate the switchboard, monitor the progress of improvement programmes, and perform administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is previous Customer Service and administration experience. You will have good communication skills both written and oral, computer literal, especially MS Office packages, and be able to work both on your own and as part of a team. You will be able to prioritise your workload with confidence and maintain a high level of productivity when working under pressure in a busy office environment.
What you'll get in return
What you'll get in return is a competitive hourly pay of £13.88, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is office based, with free parking available.
