Job description

Our client based in Staines is looking for a strong Customer Service Administrator who has experience using Salesforce. Fully office based and working within a small specialist team but for a large well-known organization, this is a busy and fast paced role where we need someone who can communicate well with customers over email and on the phone, whilst ensuring excellent attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

- Providing outstanding Customer Service by dealing with customers over email, via the portal and the phone.

- Performing generally repetitive tasks such as data entry and validation using Salesforce

- Dealing with customer enquiries and issues quickly and effectively

- Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve queries

- Processing claims

- Generating weekly and monthly KPI reports

What skills and experiences you will have:

- Experience in working with Salesforce

- Strong Excel and Outlook skills and be confident in using spreadsheets

- Excellent Customer Service skills and confident in dealing with external customers

- Experience of working under pressure and prioritising tasks
