£10.42 per hour
Temporary role in Wrexham commutable from Chester and central Wrexham
Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:30 with a 1 Hour lunch break
The Role of a Customer Service Administrator
We have multiple opportunities available to start in January 2024 with our client who are based in Wrexham. This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain commercial experience within an office environment.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
Support customers delivering an exceptional Customer Service throughout their application process
Assess applications
Complete referencing applications
Accurate information gathering for reference applications
Data Entry onto company portal
Documenting and logging actions on a bespoke database
Highlight any fraudulent applications through the necessary channels.
Some telephony work and answering callsThe Candidate
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
Effective communication skills and ability to deal with information accurately.
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and various deadline demands
Have good decision making skills
Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
