Temporary role in Wrexham commutable from Chester and central Wrexham
Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:30 with a 1 Hour lunch break
The Role of a Customer Service Administrator
We have multiple opportunities available to start in January 2024 with our client who are based in Wrexham. This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain commercial experience within an office environment.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

• Support customers delivering an exceptional Customer Service throughout their application process
• Assess applications
• Complete referencing applications
• Accurate information gathering for reference applications
• Data Entry onto company portal
• Documenting and logging actions on a bespoke database
• Highlight any fraudulent applications through the necessary channels.
• Some telephony work and answering calls

The Candidate
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

• Effective communication skills and ability to deal with information accurately.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and various deadline demands
• Have good decision making skills
• Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
