Customer Service Administrator/ Receptionist

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: temporary ongoing
Duties:
Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and letter,
Relief cover for contact centre,
Typing and sending public notices,
Updating databases,
Relief cover for reception, greeting and signing in visitors,
Booking parking spaces,
General administrative tasks including postal duties and filing.
Experience:
Must have a good level of administrative experience and strong Customer Service skills, experience within a construction or technical environment is an advantage.
Must have a good level of computer literacy on MS Office and the ability to learn new software.
Must be able to work well as part of a team , as well as on own initiative, with flexibility over duties.
Salary: 10.50 per hour worked ( increasing to 11.44 per hour from 1st April)
