Job description

Reed are working with a very successful organisation established over 30 years ago, recruiting for the position of Customer Service Administrator to join the team on a permanent full time basis, based just north of Norwich.

This fantastic company support organisations to inspire positive moral and productivity by offering solutions for the workplace in professional environments.

Within the role you will provide proactive Administration Support and Customer Service to teams and customers, along with providing assistance to management teams utilising strong organisation skills.

The Package

  • Salary: GBP25,000.00-GBP30,000.00 dependant on experience

As a Customer Service Administrator you will

  • Handling business customer phone calls and dealing with enquiries, offering high standards of service and expertise
  • Processing orders and quotations
  • Be the Customer eccentric champion.
  • Opening new business customer accounts and completing all relevant checks.
  • Prepare and process all new contracts and set up service agreements
  • Request day-to-day invoices and credits following on-boarding and offboarding of clients
  • Managing Customer Service tickets and take ownership of investigating any queries or concerns
  • Filling contract documents on the relevant systems accurately
  • Scheduling engineers to customer sites, ensuring they have the required parts and materials for the job
  • Organising collections and returns
  • Data cleansing
  • Email management and various administration duties

The Candidate we're looking for will have/be

  • Existing Customer Service experience within an office based environment
  • Strong Administrative skills and confident using computer systems. NetSuite would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisation and planning skills, able to manage own workload effectively
  • Good use of initiative and problem solving
  • A friendly team worker
