Customer Service Administrator:
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a business based in Itchen Abbas, Winchester. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to turn permanent in the future. This position is working 5 out of 7 days a week 8am - 4pm so the successful candidate must be flexible to work some weekends.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Carry out a variety of administration duties
- Dealing with queries and questions
- Processing orders
- Arranging deliveries
- Updating customers with order times
- Providing excellent Customer Service
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service or administration experience
- Confident IT user
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with elderly and vulnerable customers
- DBS check is desierable or happy to undertake a DBS check
This Customer Service Administrator position will be ongoing temporary assignment. Pay rate is £11.50 per hour and you will be paid weekly. Working hours are 8am - 4pm.
